A striking pair of vintage square Holophane prismatic-glass pendant lights, newly fitted with brass galleries and rewired for modern use. Their crisp geometric form and expertly moulded prismatic glass make them a handsome choice for interiors that favour industrial, Art Deco, or understated mid-century design.
Holophane is celebrated for its precision-engineered prismatic glass, designed to refract and diffuse light efficiently. When illuminated, each shade produces a clear, even glow while the faceted surface brings depth and visual interest to the glass. The square profile gives the pair a more architectural character than the familiar circular Holophane forms, making them particularly effective over a kitchen island, dining table, bar, hallway, or bedside tables.
The shades are paired with new brass galleries, whose warm finish provides an elegant contrast to the cool, translucent glass. Each pendant has been rewired with brown twisted fabric flex, retaining a period-appropriate appearance while making the lights ready for installation.
